Charein’s Fascial Healing Book Your Session

Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 September 2026
Last updated: 2 September 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Charein Fascial Healing website at https://fascialhealing.charein.com, the Fascial Healing Website booking web application, and related features, content, communications, and services (together, the Services).

Charein Fascial Healing is operated by Charein Esther Price (ABN 28 907 048 972) (we, us, or our).

The Services support our therapeutic practice by enabling current and prospective clients to learn about the practice, make and manage appointments, receive booking-related communications, and use other client-facing features we make available.

The Fascial Healing Website booking application includes an optional Google Calendar integration. Google Calendar integration is a feature within that booking application; it is not a separate therapeutic practice, business, service, or standalone application. A user who chooses to connect a Google Calendar account can use the integration to manage appointment-related events in a calendar they select.

By visiting, creating an account, making or managing a booking, connecting Google Calendar, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Health and emergency notice

The Services provide general information about our therapeutic practice and help administer appointments. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.

Do not use the Services to seek urgent or emergency assistance. If you or another person has an emergency or needs urgent medical care in Australia, call 000 or contact the relevant emergency service. If you are outside Australia, contact the emergency service available in your location.

You are responsible for providing accurate, relevant information when booking or receiving therapeutic services. We may ask you to seek medical clearance, consult another health professional, provide additional information, or reschedule, modify, or decline a session where reasonably necessary for safety, professional judgment, or legal compliance.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The online booking service is intended for people aged 18 years or older. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking through the booking application.

If we expressly allow you to make or manage a booking for another person, you confirm that you have authority to provide their information and act on their behalf.

Some features may require an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • keep your account information current;
  • protect the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • promptly notify us at charein123@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account; and
  • accept responsibility for activity through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to take reasonable security measures.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, provided false or misleading information, created a safety, security, legal, or operational risk, or where we are required to act by law.

4. Appointments, fees, and cancellations

Appointment availability shown in the Services is subject to confirmation and may change. A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us through the booking application, email, SMS, or another communication channel we use.

Fees, payment requirements, cancellation rules, late-arrival rules, non-attendance rules, and refund arrangements will be displayed during booking, communicated to you, or set out in a separate booking, cancellation, or payment policy. You agree to pay applicable fees for appointments you book, including properly disclosed cancellation or non-attendance fees that are permitted by law.

Contact us as soon as practicable if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We may cancel, reschedule, decline, or modify an appointment where reasonably necessary, including because of practitioner availability, illness, safety concerns, incorrect booking information, technical error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Google Calendar integration

5.1 Optional booking feature

Google Calendar integration is optional. You do not need to connect Google Calendar to receive therapeutic services or to make a booking through another available booking method.

We do not access your Google Calendar merely because you visit our website or use the booking application. Access begins only after you choose “Connect Google Calendar” and approve the requested permissions through Google’s OAuth consent process.

Google’s consent screen will identify Fascial Healing Website as the appointment-booking web application for Charein Fascial Healing. You can decline the requested permissions, disconnect the integration, or revoke access later through your Google Account security settings.

5.2 What the integration does

Subject to the permissions you approve and the features available at the time, the integration may access and process calendar and event information necessary to manage appointment-related events in the calendar you select. This may include the calendar identifier, event identifier, event title, date, time, duration, availability or busy status, recurrence information, attendees, event status, and other event details needed to create, read, update, reschedule, or delete appointment-related events.

The integration may:

  • create a dedicated calendar in your Google account for appointments;
  • create calendar events for appointments confirmed through the booking application;
  • read event details where necessary to identify and manage appointment events created or linked through the booking application;
  • update calendar events where an appointment is changed or moved; and
  • delete or cancel appointment-related calendar events where an appointment is cancelled.

5.3 Limited purpose and Google data

Google Calendar data is used only to provide and operate the user-facing appointment-booking and appointment-management functions described in these Terms. This includes booking management, appointment changes, cancellations, and calendar synchronisation in the calendar you select.

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, targeted marketing, behavioural profiling, data brokering, or purposes unrelated to booking and managing appointments. We do not use Google Calendar data to train general-purpose or unrelated artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We limit use of Google user data to providing or improving prominent, user-facing booking and appointment-management features.

5.4 Access by people and disclosure

We do not allow staff, contractors, or other people to read Google Calendar data unless it is necessary to:

  • provide support that you have requested;
  • investigate a security, fraud, abuse, technical, or service-integrity issue;
  • comply with applicable law or a valid legal process; or
  • act with your affirmative consent.

We do not disclose Google Calendar data to third parties except:

  • to service providers necessary to operate, secure, host, maintain, or support the booking application and Google Calendar integration, subject to appropriate privacy and confidentiality obligations;
  • where you direct or authorise us to do so;
  • where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services, including to investigate a fault, fraud, abuse, or security incident; or
  • where required or permitted by law, including to comply with a valid legal process or lessen or prevent a serious threat to life, health, or safety.

5.5 Disconnecting Google Calendar

You can disconnect Google Calendar through the booking application settings, where that option is available, or by contacting us at charein123@gmail.com. You may also revoke the booking application’s access through your Google Account security settings.

Disconnecting or revoking access stops future calendar synchronisation. It may not automatically delete appointment events already created in your Google Calendar. It also does not necessarily remove appointment, therapeutic, professional, administrative, insurance, or security records that we are required or permitted to retain.

Further information on our collection, handling, retention, disclosure, and deletion of Google Calendar data and other personal information is in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your information and client content

You may provide personal information and other material through the Services, including account details, contact details, booking preferences, appointment information, forms, messages, enquiries, feedback, and information relevant to therapeutic services (Client Content).

You retain any rights you have in Client Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to collect, store, reproduce, process, and use Client Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, administer, secure, support, and improve the Services and therapeutic practice, comply with legal and professional obligations, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to provide Client Content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not provide information through general website forms that is unnecessary for booking, support, or communicating with us, particularly in free-text fields.

We may maintain therapeutic, booking, client, professional, and administrative records for periods required or permitted by law, professional standards, insurance requirements, and our Privacy Policy. Closing an account or ceasing to use the Services does not automatically delete records we must retain.

7. Privacy, health information, and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use, disclose, secure, retain, and manage personal information in connection with the therapeutic practice, website, booking application, and optional Google Calendar integration. It forms part of these Terms.

Health information may be sensitive information under Australian privacy law. We take particular care when handling it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

While we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, electronic communications and internet-based systems cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials confidential, use a strong and unique password where applicable, secure your device, and notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authority.

The Services are not suitable for urgent, highly sensitive, or time-critical communications. Do not send emergency communications through the website, booking application, email, or any calendar event.

8. Acceptable use

You must use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and only for their intended purpose. You must not:

  • provide false, misleading, or incomplete identity, booking, payment, contact, therapeutic, or health information;
  • make bookings for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, or improper purpose;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation, authority, or identity;
  • access, connect, or attempt to access a Google account, calendar, account, system, or data that you are not authorised to access;
  • interfere with the security, availability, operation, or integrity of the Services;
  • use bots, scrapers, automated systems, or similar means to access the Services without our prior written permission;
  • upload, transmit, or introduce malware, harmful code, or material intended to disrupt a system, network, or data;
  • infringe another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other legal rights; or
  • use the Services in a way that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise harmful.

We may take reasonable action in response to a breach, including removing content, restricting functionality, cancelling bookings, suspending access, or closing an account.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services and associated materials, including the website design, booking application, software, branding, trade marks, logos, text, graphics, photos, videos, documentation, and other content, except for Client Content and third-party materials.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended personal purpose.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services except with our prior written permission or where applicable law prevents us from restricting that activity.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without your consent.

10. Third-party services

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including Google, website hosting, cloud infrastructure, booking or practice-management systems, payment providers, email or SMS providers, IT support, cybersecurity, analytics, and technical-support providers.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and technical conditions. Google Calendar integration is subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, systems, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Use of cloud infrastructure, Google Calendar, and other online providers may involve personal information being processed, stored, or accessed outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas handling is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles where required, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services reliable and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available access. The Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet or telecommunications problems, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including Google Calendar integration, where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security, safety, or product reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect an active paid booking, service, or subscription.

You are responsible for the device, browser, internet connection, data charges, and other equipment necessary to access the Services.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services, booking features, third-party integrations, website content, or calendar synchronisation will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, available, secure, error-free, or suitable for your particular needs.

The Services do not replace professional medical advice, emergency care, or assessment by an appropriately qualified health professional. Decisions about treatment or therapeutic services should be made with appropriate professional advice and regard to your individual circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or expected savings; or loss arising from:

  • your inability to access or use the Services;
  • reliance on general website content;
  • unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials or devices;
  • Google Calendar, another third-party service, or a third-party outage; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having the relevant services supplied again.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us and our personnel, contractors, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, misuse of another person’s information or Google account, or infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Suspension, termination, and record retention

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting charein123@gmail.com, subject to identity verification and the legal, professional, therapeutic, insurance, accounting, security, and retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created a safety, security, legal, or operational risk, or where required by law.

When access ends, your licence to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions which by their nature are intended to survive, including provisions regarding privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and general terms, will continue to apply.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our therapeutic practice, website, booking application, Google Calendar integration, technology providers, legal obligations, or practices.

The current version will be made available through the website or booking application and will show its effective date and last-updated date. Where reasonably practicable or legally required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must stop using the Services.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.

You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, and courts entitled to hear appeals from them. This does not limit rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, each party will use reasonable efforts to resolve a dispute by giving written notice to the other party describing the issue and allowing at least 30 days for a response, unless urgent injunctive or other court relief is reasonably required.
